I'm guessing that everyone and their mum has nothing to talk about but what happened the other day. I'd.... rather not get into that myself, but if anyone's in need of someone to listen, cry on, and all of the stuff that comes along, I'm around. Usually.

In other news... is their really any other news? Aside from NEWTs being right around the corner, which means that I'll be throwing myself to the books and actually making appearances in the library, probably shocking a few Ravenclaws to death in the process since I'm invading their territory.

Bah. Professor Delame. Mate. Lend me your ear -- got any other new or interesting books? I'd like to pretend I'm being useful and studying for NEWTs while really putting it off, and that'd be a good way to do it.

IT IS THE SOUND OF BADGERS. To be more precise, BADGERS THAT ARE EXPLODING AND MAKING LOUD 'BOOM' NOISES THROUGHOUT THE CASTLE. and, for once, i am not the least bit responsible.

I'm a little afraid. Lions shouldn't be terrified of badgers like this.

I've come to a very, very important decision, folks. It might be life altering, world shattering, and cause general chaos and pandemonium, but I feel it is for the best.

I, James Thomas Aldo, have made the very grand decision to actually amuse my father and, gasp, cut my hair. Why? Apparently, he's taking this whole 'being a mother' too role seriously again, and I need to look 'appropriate' when it comes time to, you know, have a life and get a job, etc etc.

... or something.

Plus, I'm always up for new! and! exciting! changes, and this? This would be one of those. My hair's been like this... my entire life? And I think it's time for a new look. Besides, hair grows back, so... hurrah?

Less than two months until school is out! Be afraid, real world, be very afraid.

This is easily the very best day of the year, isn't it? Other than my birthday, I think it's my favourite and most enjoyed holiday! :) Also, a fantastic way to avoid thinking about what happened the other day, but let's not even touch that one.

Speaking of birthdays... someone's is today, isn't it? And that someone should not be a total bint and spend some time with me, because pretend as she might not, she loves me.
